Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read prior to making a reservation, by making a reservation you agree to these.

All tables are allocated on a 2 hour time slot, from the time of booking, thus late arrival can seriously erode your time on a table.

Please be aware that if you bring your own food to our restaurant (eg a birthday cake) instead of purchasing one of our desserts a ‘cakeage’ charge of £5 per person will apply. This charge will be waived for all those dining who also choose a dessert from our menu.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee availability of a specific table. We do our best to accommodate specific needs or disabilities but need to retain flexibility as we write table plans daily. Please include children of all ages in the total number of guests. Table allocation can be amended upto the time of seating.

Children must remain seated and under adult supervision at all times for their safety and that of our staff.

We do not allow pushchair or prams into the restaurant.

We welcome dogs but please specify a dog friendly table at the time of booking.

No service charge is added to your bill. This is left to the discretion of all guests. 100% of tips is divided between kitchen and front of house staff for their hard work.

Guests are encouraged to notify us of any food allergies, intolerance or any specific dietary needs at the time of booking. It is currently not possible for us to guarantee that any product is 100% free from any allergens as cross contamination can occur in a bust commercial kitchen.

We accept walk ins for drinks and food on a ‘first come first served basis’ in the bar and weather permitting in the garden. We strongly recommend advance booking for restaurant dining.

A non refundable, non transferable deposit of £10 per person is require to secure a table of 6 or more. Due to the popularity of our special events (ie mother’s day, father’s day, easter, etc)  a deposit of £10 per person will be required to secure any table.
